In her latest book she allows us to see the normally unnoticed, unpaid, unappreciated and continuous work that woman do every day. There are many activities that are hidden in plain sight. Dr. Lark brings light and sight to an area of woman's lives that needs to be recognized and appreciated. There will be a lot of "discoveries" to readers in this important book. People who read this book will begin to notice, acknowledge, and value the vital work that had gone overlooked. And, by the way, the cartoons by artist Becky Hawkins are so on point that they are worth way more than the price of the book. This book is a game changer for how one lives one's life in powerful, successful, healthy ways. The authors got it exactly right, especially as they made sure the book addresses issues of diverity and inclusivity among all popualtions.
